WE PARTNER WITH LEADERSHIP TEAMS TO HELP THEM LEARN HOW TO THINK AND ACT STRATEGICALLY.

Strategic Alignment and Planning

To be an effective leader or leadership team, being a strategic communicator is central to guiding your organization forward. Our coaches partner with your institution to prioritize mission, vision, and goals to ensure that alignment is successful.

Learn the art of being a team focused on strategic thinking as the foundation for effective strategic planning.

Strategic Planning for Executive Team and Board Leadership

We facilitate strategic planning programs for internal leadership and boards to raise the tough issues and be able to “disagree and commit” to future actions. Once you’ve gathered the right people at the table and choose a path, the next step is to engage and align all voices across the organization.

At Teibel Education we are committed to partnering with your team to make sure results emerge and the relationships are strengthened in the process.

Strategic Insights

1. Mission, Vision and Values

Something that is often lost in translation of Strategic Planning – the customer!

2. Focus on Key Objectives

Keeping it simple and flexible is key.

3. Measures of Success

It isn’t about the strategic plan itself but the capacity and commitment of the organization.

Testimonial from Mark Frascatore

Dean of the Holzschuh College of Business Administration at Niagara University

Our College of Business recently tasked itself with recreating its strategic plan from the ground up – a process that engaged faculty, staff, students, advisory boards, and other stakeholders. We also needed it completed on a tight timetable, making it an especially daunting task.

On the recommendation of a trusted academic colleague, we chose Teibel Education to partner with us on this initiative. Howard and his team were fantastic. They worked with us to set up a detailed project timetable and deliverables at the various stages and kept us on task to meet our deadlines. Teibel expertly managed our faculty and staff during several strategic planning retreats, after which the pillars of our strategic plan came into focus.

This process was a complete success. We now have a completed strategic plan, two new Centers within our college to implement our strategic initiatives, and significant external funding coming in to support the activities of the Centers. Things have never looked more promising in our college!
