Deep Dive: Being Resolute and Courageous: Discovering Your Influence To Drive Change

Join us February 24th for an interactive Deep Dive Session exploring what it means to be resolute and courageous: Discovering your influence to drive change.

Culture is your school’s greatest strength and greatest weakness. When putting new people, processes or technology in place, organizational resistance is the norm. The directive to "innovate” typically originates from the upper echelons of our schools and industry, but few leaders and institutions are prepared for the difficult decisions, challenging conversations and hard work that sustainable change demands.

While employees may be working hard and following direction from leadership, they may feel frustration and skepticism that real change is possible. This does not need to be the norm. CFOs and their teams can be more than gatekeepers of financial health; they can be visionaries to drive innovation and transformative practices. Learn how to lead candid conversations and cultivate leadership practices that pierce unspoken resignation and in turn, enable bold action and enthusiasm to emerge across your teams.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will learn strategies for ensuring that innovation and change within organizations is sustainable.
